Over the last several years, we have seen growth and progress in Western New York. We have witnessed steady transformation of Buffalo - downtown, along the waterfront, on Amherst Street, and Hertel Avenue. In 2007, when Seabar opened as a 26-seat sushi bar on Ellicott Street, we hardly imagined a future like this. Seabar grew each year in order to meet the needs of the city's increased population and the surrounding neighborhood's revival. Buffalo is growing up, and people are rediscovering our cultural bounty and proud heritage with a level of excitement and enthusiasm that is palpable.
