Welcome to Pan-American Grill & Brewery!
Pan-American Grill & Brewery is lushly decorated with original 1900's decor and offers seating for 300-plus along with a new mezzanine-level bar that evokes the rich history of the former Lafayette Tap Room. This landmark French Renaissance-style building was designed by Louise Blanchard Bethune, the first professional woman architect in the US and built in 1904.
The Pan-American Exposition was a World's Fair held in Buffalo from May 1 through November 2, 1901. The fair occupied 350 acres of land on the western edge of what is present day Delaware Park, extending from Delaware Avenue to Elmwood Avenue and northward to Great Arrow Avenue. Pan-American Grill & Brewery was created with inspiration from the expo.
