What is this ‘Blue Monk’ you speak of? Is our name a reference to the blue-robed Belgian monks who have, for centuries, brewed some of the world’s finest beer? Or is it an homage to legendary jazz pianist Thelonious Monk?...Yes!
We serve great food and beer, much of it Belgian, and we do it in a place we think Mr. Monk would have liked. We’re pretty sure you’ll like it too!
