Since 1923, Chef's has been a neighborhood icon that brings the taste of Italy back home to Buffalo. In the early days, Chef's had a limited menu of Spaghetti, Ravioli, Chicken, and Veal Cacciatora. Today, our menu expands to meet the healthiest appetite and will satisfy any Italian taste palate. Come stay with us and experience a tradition that has endured for over 90 years.
In keeping with our tradition of bringing our customers the finest in quality as well as the finest selection, we have made changes to our menu that we at Chef's feel our customers will enjoy. One of the things that people always ask is what the special of the day is. Chef's has always offered specials on alternating days/weeks. We have now changed that by eliminating the alternating process. Chef's now will offer Tripe and Braciole every Wednesday, and other specials are now offered everyday like Eggplant Parmesan, Chicken Livers, and Fettuccine Alfredo. Chef's has also added a new special. On Mondays, you can now get Chicken Broccoli Alfredo on Fettuccine.
All the above plus our regular menu makes Chef's still a restaurant where "Friends Meet To Eat!"
